Primal Technologies started operations in 2019 and is a PNG owned company.Started by some of the best technology minds in the country. Our team comprises of members who have extensive knowledge about the IT and Telecom business as well as creating support ecosystems in other industries.

The first product that we are launching in the PNG market is MobileMoni, a mobile platform that aims to bank the unbanked. Providing Mobile Wallets, Mobile Top-up and other essential services.

By creating an agent network across the country we are creating jobs for SMEs in PNG. With the MobileMoni Ecosystem, customers can now easily send and receive money.

Top up their Mobile Phones; pay their PNG Power bills or Eda Ranu bills and much more. Our MobileMoni Ecosystem is available for Smart Phones, Feature phones, Tablets, Desktops and Laptops

An entrepreneur with significant exposure and experience in telecoms. Fourteen years experience in telecoms project management including acquisitions, construction and network operations and maintenance. Other interests include ICT (digitization and mobility platforms), business transformation, renewable energy and international project financing.

Seasoned industry professional with over 20 years of experience in telecoms and ICT. Shiva has held senior management roles in major telecoms operators around the Asia Pacific region, including Technical Director Asia Pacific and Chief Technology Officer for Digicel. Shiva continues to be involved in multiple telecoms and ICT projects globally.

Serves as a Business and Strategy Consultant, overseeing all commercial operations of the company. He is an consummate professional who has over 25 years of work experience as an entrepreneur and in the Telecom and IT industry having being involved in numerous operations of telecom companies, including Digicel in PNG and other Multi National companies.

Atul is Primal’s Chief Information officer, setting our technology strategy and helping to further scale our global platform. Prior to joining Primal, has over 14 years of experience in IT/Telecoms which include more than 8 years of international experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Master in IT.

Registered accountant and auditor with her own practice. A respected member of the accounting profession in PNG with over 20 years experience. Her clients include multinationals, government agencies, landowner companies and SMEs. Previously practised in New Zealand.

Theresia Bob

CFO

Senior legal professional with own practice and over 20 years of experience in the PNG judicial system. Also admitted to the Victorian bar in Australia. His expertise covers constitutional and commercial law. Charles has significant litigation experience and is a senior member of the legal fraternity in PNG.
